3 min thoracic/shoulder stretch on foam roller holding bar.

STRENGTH: Max Effort
Back Squat:  5/5/3/1/1/1 @ empty bar,50%,60%,75%,85%,105%

WOD:

200m Run
25 Back Ext.
25 Pull Ups
25 Lateral Jumps
